📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure network security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and create user manuals.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Good understanding of network technologies and security.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
