📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities and transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all business objectives are met and that the branch is contributing to the overall success of the company.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the company's brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure that all staff are trained and that the workplace is safe and compliant.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
