📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menus.
  • Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available for cooking.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Train and mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef.
  • Experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
