As a Chemical Engineer at Trans World Trading Company, you will be at the forefront of our chemical engineering projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement chemical processes, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly. Using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and E3D, you will design and optimize chemical plants, while leveraging your knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards to ensure compliance and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize chemical processes using AutoCAD and E3D, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement sustainable chemical solutions, minimizing environmental impact.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support project decisions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
• Provide technical support and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into our operations.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, developing their skills and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical engineering, with a strong background in process design and optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and E3D, with experience in designing chemical plants.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality chemical solutions and projects.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
