📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction.,Drive sales growth and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products and services for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, and ability to implement and enforce them.,Experience in budgeting, financial management, and cost control.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies to drive customer growth.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
