As a Lead IT Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to end-users. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and support systems.,Provide technical support to end-users, including staff, doctors, and patients.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and technical skills.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and support systems.,Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.,Certifications in IT support and related fields are a plus.
