📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the nickel processing plant, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of processing equipment, including heap leaching, pressure oxidation, and solvent extraction systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of processing facilities to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mining and processing activities.
• Participate in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives to promote a safe and sustainable work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nickel processing, with a strong understanding of heap leaching, pressure oxidation, and solvent extraction processes.
• Certification in Process Safety Management (PSM) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in the mining industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
