📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals.,Handle and resolve operational issues and problems as they arise.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally as required by the company.
