As a Personalia Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as insurance and retirement plans.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to human resources.,Support the HR team in the administration of payroll and timekeeping.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with employees and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
