📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing and managing detailed project schedules using software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Creating and updating work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure accurate project planning.
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
• Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Participating in project meetings and providing input on scheduling decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CAPM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
