In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of fleet operations including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules and procedures.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Handle fleet budgeting and financial reporting.,Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to improve fleet efficiency.,Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
