Oversee the overall operations and performance of the company.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Lead and motivate the management team to achieve company objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.,Represent the company at board meetings and other key events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.
