📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet quality and performance standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance on mechanical projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and provide input on technical decisions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and tools (e.g., CAD, CAM, CAE).
  • Experience with project management and technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
