📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical documents,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and troubleshooting,Contribute to improving the overall user experience of our products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Experience with API documentation is a plus
