📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.,Manage and train the restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Assist in planning and organizing special events or promotions to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or training in hospitality management.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
