Bengkel Jaya Restaurant is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's performance management system.,Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
