📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.,Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices, and incorporate them into teaching methods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to changing priorities and demands.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.,Valid teaching certification or license, as required by Indonesian educational regulations.,Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning and development.
