In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
