📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.,Lead and mentor a team of IT support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and equipment.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to protect our data and systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network and system administration.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in relevant IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems, remote access tools, and monitoring software.,Certifications in IT support and related fields are a plus.
