📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with business goals.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Knowledge of the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
