📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and ensuring compliance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare and present tax reports and recommendations to clients and management.,Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.,Experience working with multinational clients is a plus.
