As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure that we attract and hire the best talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and facilitate the hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure that candidates are a good fit.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using various recruitment tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
