The Ranch International Pecatu is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This is a contract position in our retail and consumer products division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong customer service orientation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced retail environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell a variety of retail and consumer products to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain and organize the sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Participate in sales promotions, events, and displays.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide regular sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or retail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) frequently.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
