Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive card and loyalty program growth.,Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact solutions.,Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for program enhancement.,Develop and manage KPIs to measure the success of card and loyalty programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.,Lead the design and implementation of customer-centric loyalty and rewards programs.,Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize program performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the payments or loyalty sector.,Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.,Strong understanding of data analytics and customer segmentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.,Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
