📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Report on social media metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
