🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems and performance management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
