📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Knowledge of technical subjects, such as software development, hardware, or IT services.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
