📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and cultural festivals.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services and venues for each event.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are handled efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and attract guests.
• Oversee event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by monitoring guest feedback and making necessary improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Bali’s culture, traditions, and local customs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
