In this role, you'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and comprehensive revenue reporting. You'll use tools like QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Xero to manage our financial processes, and you'll be responsible for reconciling accounts, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and credit management.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including revenue recognition and cash flow forecasting.
• Work with sales and operations teams to reconcile discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Use financial software like QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Xero to manage and analyze financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide financial support to the executive team and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue recognition, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Xero.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
