📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the finance and accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation.
• Lead cost management activities, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in managing financial operations.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Certification in CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus.
