Maintenance Officer - Civil Infrastructure & Roadworks

Royal Lestari Utama is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team in Tebo, Jambi. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for roads, bridges, and non-flexible pavements.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and related expenses.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel involved in maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and supervision of civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and other relevant software for infrastructure design and planning.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to civil infrastructure and roadworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and proven ability to drive company vehicles.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
