📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including CNC machines, injection molding machines, and assembly lines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all equipment by following manufacturer guidelines and company safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and lubrication to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in the company's maintenance management system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CNC machines, injection molding machines, and assembly line equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Valid certification in mechanical maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
