📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit clients to collect overdue payments and resolve disputes.
- Manage and update client accounts using Salesforce.
- Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Ensure timely settlements and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and submit reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the collections team to achieve targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful debt recovery.
