Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for institutional clients,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions,Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team,Contribute to the development of our engineering best practices and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field,5+ years of experience in software development,Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP,Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns,Experience with financial systems and regulatory requirements,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and teamwork skills
