Lean Specialist (English Speaker) - Process Optimization & Cost Reduction

Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Lean Specialist to join our team in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. As a Lean Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement lean methodologies, and achieve significant cost savings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean methodologies and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Lead and facilitate lean improvement projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present action plans to senior management for approval and implementation.
• Monitor and measure the impact of lean initiatives on process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on lean principles and practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lean and process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing, logistics, or a similar field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean software tools such as Minitab, LeanKit, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
