In this role, you'll spend your days interacting with customers, conducting test drives, and offering expert advice on everything from fuel efficiency to safety features. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our inventory, ensuring we always have the right products to meet our customers' needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update our inventory management system to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Assist in the organization of vehicle displays and promotional events.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and technologies to enhance our product offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and market analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales or product expertise.
• Proven track record in customer service and sales.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive products, including brands, models, and features.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
