📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the specific needs of our team members
• Conduct classroom training, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to empower our team members with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles
• Assess the training needs of our team members and develop training solutions that address their unique challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with our team to understand their training requirements and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Utilize training management software such as Cornerstone OnDemand and LMS to track and manage training programs
• Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into our training initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices, including instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance support
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Proficiency in using training management software such as Cornerstone OnDemand and LMS
• Familiarity with training tools and technologies such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Zoom
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
