As an HR Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our workforce is compliant with local regulations and international standards. Your daily tasks will include managing the recruitment process for foreign workers, handling visa applications, and ensuring all employment contracts adhere to legal requirements. You will work closely with department heads and managers to address HR issues, providing guidance and support to employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process for foreign workers, from job advertising to onboarding.
• Handle visa applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of employment contracts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to address HR issues and improve workplace practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international employment standards.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
