K3 Supervisor (Health, Safety, and Environment Supervisor)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety and environmental initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and OSHAS 18001.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in ISO 45001 or OSHAS 18001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
