📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational targets.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure continuous skill development.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using production management software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
