In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, and compliance, to ensure that all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with international standards and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining Hapag-Lloyd's reputation for excellence in handling specialized cargo.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of special cargo and dangerous goods logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including IMO, IMDG, and IATA standards.
• Manage and optimize the logistics chain, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures for the handling of dangerous goods.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on special cargo and dangerous goods.
• Certifications in IMO, IMDG, or IATA standards are a plus.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
