📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and deployment of digital platforms, data analytics tools, and other technological innovations to enhance public service delivery.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and policy development.
• Represent the Government Innovation Center at national and international forums, advocating for best practices in public innovation and digital governance.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of innovators, technologists, and project managers to support the center's mission.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to integrate new innovations into public service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in public sector innovation, digital transformation, or project management.
• Proven track record of leading innovative projects in the public sector, with a focus on digital governance, service delivery, or sustainable development.
• Strong understanding of government operations, policies, and procedures, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of innovators.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant digital governance frameworks are a plus.
• Familiarity with government innovation centers or similar entities in other jurisdictions is highly desirable.
