📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of clinic operations to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management and staff.
• Ensure all clinic operations adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all audits and follow-up actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to clinic staff on quality assurance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational auditing or quality assurance in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with aesthetic and dermatology procedures.
• Certification in quality assurance or operational auditing is a plus.
