📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for organizational change and growth.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to design and deliver training programs and workshops.
• Create and maintain organizational development reports and presentations for senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures related to organizational development.
• Act as a resource and advisor to employees and managers on organizational development topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development, with a focus on employee engagement and performance.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
